External Description

Villa Zambra is situated in the exquisite Tuscan countryside, only 6 km from Poggibonsi and in proximity to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of San Gimignano. The villa was crafted from a historic medieval tower dating back to the 1200s and is surrounded by an impeccably maintained enclosed garden with a lawn. The garden also features a delightful patio furnished with an 8-person dining table and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. The outdoor space includes a private pool (4 x 8 m, open from May 1st to September 30th) with sun loungers and parasols for your relaxation. Additionally, guests can take advantage of 2 covered parking spaces. Please note that although Villa Zambra is part of a small architectural complex where other individuals reside, the entrance and the external spaces of the villa are entirely private, ensuring your privacy.

Internal Description

Villa Zambra is elegantly furnished and extends over two floors (ground floor and first floor), accommodating up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Wi-Fi internet is included, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. Pets are allowed upon request, and one cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon request.

Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a luminous open-space living area divided into three rooms: a sitting room (with a sofa, armchairs, and a fireplace), a larger living room (with a corner sofa, armchair, TV, and stereo), and a kitchen/dining room with an 8-person table. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. Next is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with a shower) and a walk-in closet. Finally, there is a separate toilet.

First floor: The upper floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area, which comprises two triple bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a bathroom with a shower.
