The Antico Podere Zobi is an independent villa immersed in the countryside, with a splendid view over the village of Fabbrica; it can be rented in its entirety and is able to accommodate up to 10 people, in 5 bedrooms. Furnished with exposed oak beams, terracotta floors and Tuscan poor art furniture, the result of a careful renovation that has kept the materials and ancient structures unaltered, such as the stable on the ground floor with the manger which now houses a large hall suitable for meetings and receptions, up to 50 people and the characteristic fireplace still working, at the entrance, overlooking the lawn.

The Villa is surrounded by a large garden with a barbecue area and has a private, seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The parking is adjacent to the structure. In recent years, with the intention of an eco-friendly innovation, the villa has been equipped with heating with an ecological pellet boiler and an air conditioning system.
