The offices and tasting cellar, located on the ground floor with separate entrances, ensure that guests can enjoy the park and swimming pool undisturbed.

The villa’s unparalleled location places it just 10 km from the historic city center of Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance, where you can marvel at unique masterpieces of art. The property is conveniently close to the Firenze Impruneta exit of the A1 motorway and the entrance to the Florence-Siena highway, opening the door to extraordinary journeys through quintessential Tuscan landscapes, featuring charming ancient villages and the famous art cities of Tuscany. Golf enthusiasts can indulge in a game at the nearby 18-hole Golf Club Ugolino, set amidst the splendid hills of Florence.

Interior: The main villa comprises two floors and two rooftop turrets. A period staircase in pietra serena leads to the first floor, where a spacious living area awaits, encompassing a dining area, a TV corner, a sitting area, and a relaxation area that opens to the veranda, furnished with dining tables. This floor also includes a kitchen, a room for board games, a double bedroom, and a guest bathroom. Ascending to the second floor, you will discover the sleeping quarters, featuring six bedrooms and six bathrooms: two twin rooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and one with an adjacent bathroom, three double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and one double room with an adjacent bathroom. Further stairs lead to the two turrets, connected by a panoramic terrace that stretches across the rooftop.

Park: Villa Beltrami is enveloped by a beautiful park, adorned with extensive lawns bordered by hedges that ensure your privacy. The park is surrounded by expansive olive groves and vineyards, setting the scene for unforgettable holidays. Amongst the towering centuries-old pine and Lebanese cedar trees, you will encounter an array of vibrant flowers, typical local lemon trees, and an herb corner where you can gather ingredients to create authentic Tuscan cuisine. The park offers numerous shaded areas perfect for relaxation. On the magnificent panoramic terrace, a large table awaits for al fresco dining, while the area between the house and the swimming pool is furnished with sofas and armchairs under the shade of a gazebo. Pool Facilities: Situated on one side of the villa, approximately 30 meters away, the pool can be accessed by crossing the lush lawn. A spacious sunbathing area awaits on the lawn, complete with umbrellas, comfortable sun loungers, small tables, a sofa, and armchairs. The rectangular pool measures 7×14 meters and has a depth of 1.40 meters, featuring a sky-blue PVC lining. Entry into the water is facilitated by Roman steps, and additional amenities include a hot-water shower and perimeter lighting. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

Tennis Court: Located just 50 meters from the property and exclusively available to guests, there are two synthetic tennis courts, with the option to convert one of them into a five-a-side football pitch. Furthermore, four tennis rackets are provided for your use.
