Originally dating back to the late 1700s, the villa has undergone various renovations and modernizations, with the latest one reflecting the architectural style of the 1950s. Set within a private garden adorned with boxwood pathways, ancient trees, and a vegetable garden, the villa offers a covered terrace with a lounge area and a dining table, providing a perfect vantage point to admire the breathtaking view of the Pesa river valley, stretching between the cities of Florence and Siena. The outdoor spaces are further enhanced by a contemporary pool (13 x 7 m), nestled amidst the lush greenery and furnished with sun loungers. Guests also have access to private parking and a tennis table, ensuring entertainment for both adults and children.

Graced with elegant furnishings, Villa D’Agnola is spread across a single level on the ground floor, accommodating up to 11 guests with its 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan, while pets are not allowed.

It’s worth noting that the first floor of the villa may occasionally be used by the owner. However, the two floors have separate entrances and individual gardens.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a luminous living room adorned with comfortable sofas, armchairs, a fireplace, and a desk. Adjacent to it is a charming reading room furnished with a wooden bookcase, a table, and a cozy sofa. Continuing on, you’ll find a spacious dining room boasting a large fireplace, a kitchenette, and a dining table accommodating 10-12 people.
