Halfway between Florence and Siena, amidst the lush hills and vineyards of Tuscany, you’ll find the “Sole del Chianti” resort, where the melodies of nature blend with tranquility and seclusion. Here, you can still relish in the rustic charm of the countryside from bygone eras.

“Sole del Chianti” is a century-old farmhouse perched atop the Tuscany hills, cherished by the Fusi family for many generations. Nestled within a green oasis adorned with ancient olive trees, the air is infused with the scent of cypress trees and wild herbs.

This exquisite villa has recently undergone an elegant renovation, embracing the personal taste and style of the owners. While providing all modern comforts, they chose to preserve the original structure with exposed wooden beams, brick arches, and terracotta floors, in adherence to the architectural traditions of the Chianti region.

“Sole del Chianti” can accommodate groups of 16 to 20 people, with exclusive rental granted to a single group at a time.

For groups of 16 people (8 bedrooms), guests will have access to the main villa (excluding the cottage). The ground floor includes “The Suite La Casetta,” a charming little house within the villa, complete with a kitchen, a cozy living room featuring a fireplace and a sofa, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. For groups of 20 people, guests will have access to the main villa, “The Suite La Casetta,” and the cottage “Poggiarello,” which boasts a spacious kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

Ground floor: A vast, paved courtyard, formerly the farmyard, leads to a remarkable terracotta room with stone walls, exposed beams, and arches, creating a uniquely inviting atmosphere where the crackling of the fire in the traditional Tuscan fireplace adds cheerfulness. This floor also houses the main hall with a typical Tuscan fireplace, “The Suite La Casetta,” and the fully equipped kitchen at guests’ disposal.

“The Suite La Casetta”: Comprising a delightful living room with a fireplace, a small kitchen, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower, this suite offers air conditioning and a mosquito net.

The kitchen: The main kitchen is fully equipped to cater to 20 people, furnished with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine, all for guests’ convenience.

On the first floor of the villa, you’ll find seven double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. This floor also boasts a spacious lounge room adorned with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, perfect for creating unforgettable moments of relaxation.

TV and playroom: A dedicated space for relaxation, enjoyment, and dreams, this creatively designed room features a large TV screen, board games, cozy couches, and captivating wallpaper.

Wellness center: Located on the lower floor, the “Caldarium” awaits. It offers a heated Jacuzzi, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, two showers, and a changing room.

The pool: showcases a magnificent mosaic-clad whirlpool and gentle cascades, all blending seamlessly with the picturesque landscapes of the Chianti valley. Dive in for a refreshing swim while reveling in breathtaking vistas. Pool measurements: 8 meters x 16 meters Depth: ranging from 0.2 meters to 3 meters.
