You will enter the villa through a private entrance exclusively for your use, with ample parking space available for multiple vehicles.

Upon stepping inside the villa, you will be immediately captivated by the grandeur and opulence of the living area. It boasts a magnificent open marble kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including two refrigerators, a microwave, induction cookers, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and much more. Completing the kitchen is a stunning handcrafted wooden dining table.

The living room serves as the vibrant heart of this apartment, furnished with an elegant wooden table and a selection of custom sofas.
