The cozy “Bandellina” villa is located in the countryside, just 8 km away from the center of San Gimignano, 56 km from Siena, and 65 km from Florence. It features a private swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 150 – 150 cm, available from 20.04.-29.09.) and is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The complex includes a reception, restaurant, breakfast room, internet access, laundry facilities, and heating available for an extra charge on the spot (from 01.11.-15.04.).

Room cleaning and daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra charge. The house is accessible by motor vehicle via a 3 km long unpaved road, and there is parking available on the premises. The nearest shop and supermarket are 7 km away, while the Certaldo railway station is also 7 km away. Other nearby attractions include the towns of Certaldo (8.5 km), Gambassi Terme (17 km), Colle Val d’Elsa (20 km), Volterra (30 km), and Monteriggioni (35 km).

Events and weddings can be arranged upon request, and there is also a conference room available on the property. The initial set of pool towels is included, and a piano is available upon request for an extra charge.

It features an entrance hall, a large open living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, TV, and air conditioning, as well as a kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, also with air conditioning. There is an exit to the pergola from the kitchen. A separate WC is also available.

On the upper floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, each with a shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning, and an exit to the balcony. There is also a room with 2 beds, a bath/shower/WC, a hydro massage bath, and air conditioning, as well as a double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning.
