Originally a historic farmhouse belonging to a noble family, the entire villa underwent a complete restoration in 2016. The estate is enclosed by a fully fenced 5-hectare grounds, accessed through an automated gate, offering ample opportunities for strolling through meadows and woods. During your walks, you may have the pleasure of encountering pheasants, hares, deer, and roe deer.

Within the delightful private garden spanning 1,200 square meters, adorned with lush green lawns, you’ll discover a spacious porch with a table, perfect for savoring alfresco meals and indulging in relaxation while admiring the panoramic views with a glass of wine. Beneath the veranda, an elegant rectangular table accommodating 12 people provides an idyllic setting for breakfast or lunch during the warm Tuscan summer.

The outdoor areas are enhanced by an irregular-shaped infinity pool (13×5 meters) adorned with Tuscan travertine and equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, and a small sofa with seating. The infinity edge allows you to gaze over the valley and revel in the panorama while immersed in the refreshing waters. Opposite the swimming pool, a front porch is furnished with curtains and elegant sofas, providing a shaded retreat for those seeking relaxation. Lastly, an outdoor barbecue is at your disposal, perfect for hosting delightful grilling sessions with friends.

Alongside the villa, a ping pong table awaits, promising endless fun for guests of all ages, while an incredible private gym is also available. Please note that the owners, accompanied by their dog, reside in a separate section of the villa, which includes a separate entrance and parking. The owners are readily available to assist guests with any requirements.

Accommodation: Spread over three floors, the villa offers a total of 500 square meters of living space, accommodating up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The recent restoration in 2016 has harmoniously blended ancient and modern elements, creating a delightful contrast that characterizes the property. For instance, some bedrooms are adorned in a modern style, while others exude a Florentine and Tuscan ambiance.

All furnishings and amenities are new, with the living area featuring an antique terracotta tiled floor, complemented by wooden floors in the bedrooms and on the stairs. The ceilings display a charming combination of beams, terracotta, and wood.

Ground floor: The ground floor comprises a kitchen with a wooden peninsula, fully equipped with appliances and accessories such as a microwave, American coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining room boasting a grand fireplace, a table for 10/12 people, and a flat-screen TV. Continuing from the dining room, a living room welcomes you with a large corner sofa and another flat-screen TV. A spiral staircase from the main living room leads to a delightful cellar. Additionally, the ground floor features a bathroom with a shower and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Ascending the stairs, you’ll find a loft area designated as a reading and relaxation room.

First floor: Upon entering the first floor, graced with wooden flooring, you’ll encounter 5 bedrooms: 4 doubles and 1 twin room furnished with two single beds that can be joined together. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, while the other two (1 double and 1 twin) share a bathroom, making it ideal for families with children.

Second floor: Ascending from the entrance on the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a charming spiral staircase leading to the final double bedroom. This bedroom offers a private bathroom and a skylight, providing an ideal vantage point to admire the sparkling starry sky. Among the six bedrooms, three can be configured either as a twin room with two single beds or as a double room by joining the beds. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, both indoors and outdoors.

All rooms, encompassing both the living and sleeping areas, are equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort. Each bedroom features mosquito screens and a docking station to enjoy your favorite music. Pets are welcome upon request.
